Take a deep breathe, and relax. For the next few minutes take a break from the world and all its concerns.
Find a comfortable position, take a deep breathe, focus on John 15:4. Mentally repeat each word and internalize its meaning. Meditate on dwelling in Jesus Christ. Do this until you feel alive in Christ and he feels alive in you.
Dwell in the Spirit of Christ for 2 to 3 minutes (or longer if your wish).
Take another deep breath and release. Project love to God the Father through Jesus. Let your love for flow freely until you feel it reach God. Feel the power of God reciprocate as stated in John 14:21 and 23 (If anyone loves Me he will keep my commandments and word We will dwell in him.)
By meditating on your love for God through Jesus you keep the greatest commandment, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind". The second word you keep is, "No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6
Be still and feel God's presence increase more and more as your dwell in Jesus and love God.
Take another deep breath and begin to gently open your eyes.
With open eyes open focus John 15:4. Read the verse and concentrate until you see the glory of God again.
Practice saying "I abide in Christ" and loving God through Jesus. Then feel the increasing presence of God throughout the day.
Give thanks to God!
Now your ready to start your day.
