Be Still to Be Healthy

Our lives are so filled with fast pace activities that many people end up in hospital rooms with anxiousness and stress.

Far too many experience exhaustion and physical depletion from a high demand life.

In the past we endured hard physical labor but today our mental prowess seems to be challenged every minute making many people retreat from life.

If not addressed ready will find questioning the purpose of life. For that reason it's important to stop for a few minutes every day and address our spiritual nature with God.

The most important thing that you can do is to sit down, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and relax for a few minutes.

The best way you can Revitalize your heart, soul, and mind is with God. Scripture provides us with many examples and guides to follow in the way of restful peace with God.

If the idea of being still with God for a few moments is an alien concept to you here are bible verses to help you along the path of stillness and rest.
