Pork, bacon, ostrich, ham, sausages, emu and any imitation meat should be avoided. Any meat or fish that is fried and/or breaded should be eliminated. Frying meat, especially breaded meat increases the intake of sometimes harmful oils. Fats and oils such as lard, shortening, sunflower oil, cotton seed oil, margarine, soy oil, corn oil, and any partially hydrogenated oil should also be avoided. Any processed meats like luncheon meats should also be eliminated from the diet. These meats contain preservatives.
Nuts and seeds that are processed will not deliver the same nutritional value as their whole raw organic counterparts. Check the labels of all foods, if you see sugar, or any of the 45 sugar derivatives put the product back on the shelf.
