Don't Hide Your Anxiety - Heal From It (Part 2)

Written by: Jeff Ordonez

Because the problem of anxiety is so severe and because I personally overcame it effectively I decided to publish all the insight I gained through years of self-study and trial. I'm in a unique position as the head of a Christian development website where I train others how to improve for a better life.

In my line of work, I teach others to reach for one hundred percent of their power and ability. Most people use a fraction of their true potential. Even though I found myself celebrating victories with scores of disenfranchised people I quietly struggled.

The moment of truth came when I woke up in the middle of the night. My heart was pounding, I began to sweat, and my worry level was through the roof. The effect was compounded by the pitch black darkness around. Those of you who suffer from anxiety know exactly what I'm talking about.

You feel like your drowning or like your being swallowed up by something dark and very ugly. You can't see it and you can't touch it but it's real, very real. Your senses go haywire.

In my confusion and panic, I got out of bed and started to pace around the house. I guess subconsciously I was trying to get away from the invisible invader. Sitting down or laying down made things worse. Anxiety has a way of pulling or sucking you into a vacuum that completely destroys any sense.

The intense fear brought me to the edge of death. I really thought I was going to die. I thought my heart would stop working and that my last minute on earth was spent in extreme anguish.

That was the wake-up call I needed. Moving forward I decided to get my hands on all the latest studies on anxiety. I wanted to know everything about it, why it happens, and how to fix it without drugs.

I've always been a fan of good health and diet. I suppose that came from I upbringing.

Well, I found a way, actually, I found several ways to fix it. I happy to report not only did I fix my own anxiety but I began to inquire my audience about anxiety.

When I found out that nearly twenty-five percent of our ten thousand of our user either had anxiety or knew someone who had anxiety I had to take action.

I'm telling you right now that I'm not a mental health care professional, not even close. But I am a person who has investigated hundreds, maybe thousands of medical reports so I can tell you with complete confidence, at least from my perspective that haling begins with the study and analysis of your thought process.

Once you understand how the problem works, how it works through your body, how to stop it, and how to access and reprogram your mind you can see lasting change in any direction you want.

God gifted you with the power to overcome and achieve anything. But you won't achieve much unless you invest time and effort in the result you want. All the tools are available for you to achieve extraordinary success and total mastery over life. Does God want anything less for you? Do you think God enjoys the pain and suffering of people?

God made you in His image and in His image you are designed to achieve and conquer whether in a spiritual quest, financial, health, or relationships you have abilities that lay dormant because of a psychology.

Now is the time to change.
