Don't Hide Your Anxiety - Heal From It (Part 5)

Written by: Jeff Ordonez

Your brain is designed to help you shape the life you want so its important to control your dominant thoughts. Choose an ideal image of yourself then live it with feeling. love, joy, energy, and emotion. Freely experience the reality you seek. Don't hold back along the way you may find the need to heal from the past.

Commit to your ideal life as a mission. Even if right now you don't believe it's possible commit to it anyway and move forward. Constant committed action clarifies the vision of a better life, and a clear vision of what you want is the evidence your brain and body need to develop your best internal ideal.

The whole process is a gift from God. You have an opportunity every day to start a new life. The opportunity comes from a power and source beyond yourself and it takes flight when you let go in the possibility of a new future.

I believe Jesus teaches to develop a clear thought-life in prayer is because the power to change is already in you and all around you. If your not sure about what you want and don't commit can God's power change who you are? Or your life?

The truth is that all the resources you need are at your disposal right now, you just need to use them and results will follow.

Countless people feel the ruinous emotions that come from anxiety every day and demotivates them from moving ahead. Without a mission, the brain and body become listless and quickly defeated, so it's important you wake up every morning with the mission to be better, to be happier, and whole with God.

Working toward a goal delivers the greatest reward. Your purpose of developing a new inner life won't feel like work when your mind begins to flow with thoughts about your best future self.

When you flow with thoughts about your best-self you will begin to love the feelings that fill you. Every time feelings of love, peace, and gratitude take over your mind and body you enter the reality of your best-self. You can feel God as love, peace, the wholeness of your heart.

I call these moments, "God moments." These moments are defined by being completely engrossed in experiencing qualities beyond yourself. Experiencing yourself in God is how you learn to live in God each time longer.

Entering a God moment captures your full attention and has lasting effects. It changes how you think and feel. Because it changes how you think and feel, it changes the genetic activity of your brain and body. It makes you feel healthier, stronger, and more resilient.

Living in these "God moments" is your natural state. Your mind and body are spiritually designed to live in God. Although the world may want to suppress your natural state of love and happiness you choose what's natural and right.

You never let others change your mind. Your decision to live with love and happiness permanently marks your commitment and it guides you every day.

This kind of thinking moves you into even higher levels of thought and action with God.
