Experience Life With Christian Mindfulness Meditation

Once in Luke 17:20 - 21 Jesus was asked when the kingdom of God, or the spiritual realm of God, would come. Jesus explained that the spiritual realm of God is not located in a place. Instead, it is a presence within us.

You were spiritually reborn with God's spirit and power when you accepted Jesus as your Lord and savior.

Unlike the natural power that gives all people the ability to succeed, God's presence in you is divine intelligence and energy that helps you keep moving and do the extraordinary.

God gave you talents and skills no one else has. You are a blessing to others when you operate at full power with God.

In Mark 11:24 Jesus said that if you can internally see and believe the object of your prayer, you will receive it. This Christian mindfulness meditation will help you to focus on the things you want to change and then mentally and spiritually help you become closer to God's presence in you, the kingdom of God, so you can accomplish a goal, or to just help you be a better person.

As the years go by you will inevitably focus on different things you want to master. This meditation is a life trainer you can use throughout your life with any goal as you change.

Let's begin.

Christian Mindfulness Meditation

Find a place where you can sit comfortably and relax. You may lay down, but there's a possibility you may fall asleep. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but to get the most from this meditation, it's best to stay awake.

Once your body settles in close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and relax.

Now begin to abide in Jesus. (John 15:4, "Abide in Me and I in you.")

Become aware of Jesus's spiritual presence around you and in you.

Relax.

In the Gospels, it's written that Jesus and God the Father are one. You are One with Jesus. Therefore, you can experience God's realm or His kingdom within you.

See it. Feel it.

Jesus loves you with God's presence.

There is no limit on what God can do.

Now mentally look at the object of your prayer.

Hebrews 11:1 says that the substance of your faith must be so real that it creates mental evidence.

See and experience the focus of your prayer. It must be real and concrete.

See your vision anointed by God's power is the reality of your future.

Now take a few minutes to completely let go in God's loving power and let it flow through your vision.

Take a slow deep breath and release

Slowly begin to open your eyes.

We love you, and we're always praying for you.

God bless you. See you in the kingdom.
