Positive people have a considerable potential to live longer lives. This is not to say that pure positivity is the one and only key to a long, happy life. Diet, exercise, and getting a good night’s sleep are just a few of the additional things you should be doing, when it comes to living a longer life.

Focus on your breathing. Focus on the heart of your loving relationship with Christ. Think about how these things exist in the present. Consider how these are thoughts and acts that are no way tied to a specific point in your life. They are immediate, present, and eternal. They are in the moment which God exists in - infinity. The deeper into these things you go, the easier it is going to be to achieve a state of pure, glorious oneness with God's Spirit.
After reaching this point and dwelling in peace with God for a few minutes, your mind will return to the rigors and particulars of everyday life. At the same time, you are going to feel like an entirely new person. Once you have created a road to pure Christian mindfulness, you will find it easy enough to access this road as you please. Make this road an integral part of your life and the benefits will literally remain with you the rest of your life.
