How to Control Your Life (Part 1)

Written by: Jeff Ordonez

The question on most people's mind at this point centers on results. They want to know whether or not it's possible to get consistent results by changing how we think and what we do.

It doesn't matter if you are a novice or an expert at seeking profound truths, this blog is a coach that helps you add more spiritual power to your life with simple training.

If you just read this blog I promise small enough changes in heart and mind that can lead in small incremental changes in your life.

But, If you practice the principles and techniques outlined in this blog you can launch a journey into realms you dreamed possible, and it starts by changing your internal environment.

Most people at one time or another have experienced a particular flow with God during good times only to suffer a drop in energy or mental attitude later.

Regular results come from the control of our internal environment. Most people don't know they can control the mind and body environment, or that they can control it in a way that it becomes finely tuned to God.

We've all heard the advice of experts, "change how you think and you change how you live" right. Well, I'm here to dispel that myth, at least partially.

How often have you tried positive thinking only to be brought down by how you feel? When you feel down there's no amount of positive thinking that can reverse the tide. Stress or anxiety can dominate thought. How you physically feel has a powerful effect on how you think.

The reason why feelings are difficult to shake-off is that they can become written into our biochemistry, so unless you change the chemical signature of your "feelings" positive thinking has little effect.
