We've all heard the advice of experts, "change how you think and you change how you live" right. Well, I'm here to dispel that myth, at least partially.
How often have you tried positive thinking only to be brought down by how you feel? When you feel down there's no amount of positive thinking that can reverse the tide. Stress or anxiety can dominate thought. How you physically feel has a powerful effect on how you think.
