What I just described is your potential future with God. We cannot argue with God. His word is scientifically proven true every day, and the scenario I describe is a reality that God portrays for anyone who practices the Fear of the Lord.
God's love, wisdom, power, favor, and individual countenance upon a person are explained to be the effects of fearing God. Fearing the Lord is not only a way of getting God's attention but allows for His powers to flow freely through your life.
Let's navigate through Bible scripture so you can prove for yourself that God's majesty and power is bestowed upon everyone without limit by simply humbling ourselves.
There are nearly 300 verses dealing with the topic, far to much for the scope of this article, so we'll only tackle a few key verses that'll propel you to a better future starting today.
Let's start with the foundational premise of keeping God's commandments first.
Observe and keep God's commandments as you fear the Lord (Deuteronomy 6:24)
In this verse God explains to the children of Israel that if they keep God's commandments and fear God, they will receive from God's gracious goodness that preserves them.
As Christians we must follow the commandments of Jesus which Jesus dispensed for all people to follow universally. Unlike Jewish commandments, Jesus' set of precepts are designed so all people may follow God's rules regardless of familial background, geographic location, or Christian affiliation. If you are a follower of Jesus and want to follow His word as stated John 14:21 to keep His commandments here's the link to start right now.
Now that you have access to His commandments you need to start fearing God.
Fear The Lord Your God
In Psalm 31:19 it states that God's goodness comes upon those who fear and trust Him. Fearing God leads us to trusting God. That means all carnal fear and worry vanishes in the fear of the Lord while our love, admiration, and trust in God grows. This type of reverence reaches it's highest pinnacle of expression when our view of God as exalted far beyond all other things. Even the thought of the mind must be quieted, humbled, and completed yielded to God, and only God.
In this state, trust in God begins to naturally flow from the heart. Trust is a natural byproduct of yielding to God. It is our contact with God that becomes spiritual evident which produces a natural letting go.
God can do wonders when heart, soul, and mind are humbled before Him.
First and foremost you most develop a daily habit of reading and concentrating on God's word. Meditation time with God early in the morning is the best quality time you can invest with God.
After spending time studying his word and praying, close your eyes and start reaching for God with love. Start loving God with all your heart, soul, and mind. Within 2 to 3 minutes you will begin feel peace and God's presence, then mentally bow down and begin to worship Him with fear and a great deal of respect.
Envision yourself as a minuscule spec of dust in front of an all-powerful and mighty God. the sensation should be the same as a child coming to might and powerful Father. During your meditation you must come to the realization that Almighty God with one breath can obliterate all the planets and stars of the universe. Realize that God is truly all powerful and that you are truly humble in His presence.
In this state of humility, worship God, love God, fear God, and tremble before Him. You may periodically experience great light and power which can cause you to fear God even more. God designed your mind, body, and soul to reach for Him this way, be glad God created this mechanism. You are the sole beneficiary of this wonderful practice. Fear God with all your heart, soul, and mind everyday, every morning, every night and more light will enter your body and find it's way into your life, your finances, and relationships.
This is how God explains the benefits of fearing Him.
The Benefits of the Fear of the Lord

Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who fears the Lord. ~ Psalm 128:1-4

The list goes on. As I mentioned earlier there nearly 300 verses addressing the topic of fearing God and what a powerful practice it truly is.
Consider setting apart some time each day to adopt this extremely powerful meditative worship into your daily routine. God's word promises blessings of mind, body, and possessions.
The logic makes perfect sense when we consider that in John 14:23 and 14:21 Jesus states that if anyone loves God enough to meditatively keep His word and commandments, which requires humility and respect, He promise an increase of God's divine presence.
God's divine and powerful presence can only bring favor, grace, and abundance. Rest assured God cannot be fooled. Your love, respect, and awe for God must be genuine and at the core of your soul when you worship and meditate.
First thing tomorrow morning set a goal of just 5 minutes. After your daily study and meditation practice enter into the fear of the Lord. Do this for about 2 or 3 days, Then extend your practice to 10 minutes, and so on, until you 20 or 30 minutes.
Your meditation will become deeper as you practice with regular practice. It can become so profound that it can affect your entire day. Your love and honor for God will guard your thoughts, desires, and will power. It will keep you pure and on the right track with God.
I hope this article has motivated you enough to take up the practice. I'll be praying for you everyday.
God bless you. See you in the kingdom.
