“Your kingdom come” ~ Matthew 6:10
Jesus, who physically encapsulates God's presence, expresses throughout the surrounding verses of the Lord’s Prayer His inner experience with God. Matthew chapters 5, 6, and 7 are part of one continuous discourse in which Jesus highlights the result of a life yielded in His commandments. A life that can be ours if we discipline our life by His word.
This how He describes the results:
“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken Him to a wise man who built His house on the rock.” ~ Mathew 7:24
“Therefore you shall be perfect just as your Father in heaven is perfect” ~ Matthew 5:48
The words of Jesus explains that those who carefully discipline the inner being according to His teachings and cultivate a life in the ways of God become more divinely inspired. Through their persistent effort they enter God's realm and become more like the Son of Love.
The mouth of the divinely inspired believer works as a vessel from God bringing love, light, and understanding when needed. The selfless servant of the Lord will always speak the truth in persecution, always remain meek in the ways of God, advances God's kingdom in others, loves without worldly knowledge, and prays relinquished to God. In other words, they take up His cross, and in His likeness they walk in the Father's power.
Your Meditation For Tomorrow
Tomorrow morning, sit down, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, let go of the world that so easily entangles us, and let your soul rest in the Son of God, Jesus.
Relinquish yourself in Christ Jesus who loves you. Feel His heart in your heart. Feel His mind in yours. Feel His presence in you.
His presence in you should be all in all. (1 Corinthians 15:28)
Your heart, soul, and mind should be in total peace with the Son and the Father.
You are ready to walk in faith, love, and truth.
Slowly open your eyes and thank God.
Praise your Lord and Savior. Worship Him.
In Jesus you are whole, complete, and renewed. Go into the world and be love, love that heals, gives, and lightens heavy loads. Be love. Love is God.
God bless you. See you in the kingdom.
We're praying for you.
