Anxiety is a general term for thought that causes nervousness, fear, and worry. Certain thought patterns can create stress, and disharmony in how we think, feel and act.

Philippians 4:6 states that we should not be anxious about anything and Colossians 3:14 provides the solution saying that putting on love brings heart, soul, mind, and body together in perfect harmony.  

Additionally, 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 explains that love heals because it produces soundness of mind.

So the Bible teaches that love is the most powerful spiritual quality we can embody. Scripture also teaches that God is love and that it's personified in Jesus.   

The method of embodying love is one of the most powerful methods to overcoming anxiety today. It's known as psychological flexibility.

The concept is simple. Because anxiety is a psychology that traps people, viewing it from a different perspective provides a person the flexibility needed for change.

Observing thought patterns from a third party perspective enhances our ability to analyze anxiety objectively and can ultimately help a person dispell it.

In scientific studies, it's been proven that the most effective perspective to view anxiety from is - love. You heard that right. Embodying love is very therapeutic and helps a person receive soundness of mind. God's word is now scientifically proven.
